$420 base rate plus $30/person over 14 persons

SUNDAY-THURSDAY (6 pm Sun.-6 pm Fri.)
$575 for any size group

WEEKLY (Fri.-Fri or Sun-Sun)
$850 for any size group

$350 deposit (checks only) required for reservation. (40% refundable if canceled 30 days in advance)
Balance due 2 weeks before occupancy.
